AlphKart currently delivers orders to serviceable addresses across Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on the courier company's coverage in your area.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of Rs. 199 per order applies unless a different charge or promotional offer is displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch, subject to courier coverage and other circumstances. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, adverse weather, high-demand periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders. Customers should ensure that their phone number and delivery address are accurate and remain reachable for order confirmation and delivery coordination.

Where tracking is available, we may share shipment details or tracking information through the contact information provided with your order.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in delays, additional courier charges, or order cancellation where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
