Reporting a Problem

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at alphkartofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.

Our team will review your request and inform you of the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the returned product has been inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide suitable bank account or other agreed payment details for an approved refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

Depending on product availability, we may offer a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged through customer misuse, or returned without prior approval may not qualify for a return, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, AlphKart will coordinate an appropriate resolution. For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
